Minister of Corrections and Legal Assistance Khatuna Kalmakhelidze met with representatives of the Council of Europe Development Bank. At the meeting the issues of building the new Laituri penitentiary establishment and the possibility of allocation financial resources for this project from the Bank were discussed.
