Duties

To control the implementation of legal obligations within the Ministry

• To ensure discipline and legitimacy, detect facts of violations of citizens’ constitutional rights and legal interests, official misconduct and other illegal activities within the ministry.

• To identify the facts related to the allegations and complaints and to conduct investigation in appropriate way.

• To supervise facts of misconduct by employees of the Ministry and prepare respecting reports for submission to the Minister.

• To control financial and logistical activities of structural subdivisions of the Ministry, subordinate state entities and legal entities of public law under the direction of the Ministry, to insure legality of distribution of budgetary and non-budgetary funds, and verify the legitimacy of their expenditure.
