Duties
• To provide effective coordination between the Ministry and diplomatic missions accredited in Georgia, international and/or donor organizations, state institutions of foreign countries;
• To provide effective coordination between the Ministry and various state institutions, legal entities of private and public law, non-governmental organizations;
• To ensure, if necessary, organization of signature of Cooperation Agreements and Memorandums with above-mentioned entities, to participate in preparation of strategic and conceptual documents;
• To assess the projects presented by international and non-governmental organizations and evaluate expediency of their implementation;
• To ensure protocol services of the Ministry;
• To prepare and organize official meetings, official and working visits of the Ministry;
• To provide effective coordination of international contacts of the Minister.
