· To investigate, analyze and prepare relevant recommendations on the crimes envisaged by the articles 342¹, 378, 378¹, 378², 379, 380, 381 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (concerning the non-execution of sentences related to deprivation of liberty). To examine the reasons of the crimes committed on the territories of pre-trial detention and custodial establishments.
