Duties

· To elaborate modern informational-communicational system for the activities of the Ministry and monitoring its efficient operation, to determine projects and priority issues, to insure software assistance and development;

· To develop electronic database of the Ministry and ensure its security;

· To administrate local electronic network of the Ministry;

· To provide effective communication with computer and telecommunication networks of the Ministry, and internet providers. To ensure a good quality of internet connection;

· To administrate and monitor telecommunication networks, its inter-connection and well functioning.

· the articles 342¹, 378, 378¹, 378², 379, 380, 381 of the Criminal Code of Georgia (concerning the non-execution of sentences related to deprivation of liberty). To examine the reasons of the crimes committed at pre-trial detention and custodial establishments.
