During the training sessions the trainees are provided with highly qualified trainers, learning materials, transportation, lunch and coffee-breaks, gyms, library, imitation cell, billiard and free accommodation (if needed).
Selected candidates for prison personnel are appointed for a six month-long probation period and after they undergo practice in prisons, they are trained under the Basic Training Curriculum. Successful trainees will participate in practical courses at respective prison institutions. After successful completion of training courses and obtaining of certificates, they are appointed on a permanent basis for at least two year-long period.
Training curricula are differently structured. For instance, Basic Training Curriculum for Prison Personnel is composed of theoretical, practical, physical training and tactical courses.
